Client Services Consultant, Copilot

📋 Description

• Drive new business opportunities related to Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot
• Build, qualify, and manage a strong sales pipeline while consistently achieving or exceeding sales
• Conduct customer discovery sessions and position Microsoft AI solutions to address business
• Develop trusted advisor relationships with partners and customers
• Deliver compelling workshops, webinars, and executive presentations
• Represent ITCloud at Microsoft events, partner conferences and industry forums

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience selling Microsoft Copilot solutions, Microsoft 365, AI solutions, or
• Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales quotas and driving business growth
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft Copilot Studio, AI Agents and Agentic AI solutions
• Strong consultative sales skills with the ability to identify customer needs and articulate
• Experience delivering customer presentations, webinars, workshops, or speaking engagements
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and French
