Client Services Insights & Reporting Analyst, Global Asset Management

📋 Description

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for contact centre KPIs
• Analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends and drivers
• Support forecasting, workforce planning, scheduling, and capacity management
• Monitor operational, quality, productivity, and customer experience metrics
• Ensure data integrity across systems and reporting environments
• Prepare and deliver recurring and ad hoc reports with actionable insights

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 2+ years in data analytics, reporting, BI
• Advanced Excel; Power BI dashboards
• Experience with reporting tools and large datasets
• AWS data environments familiarity (asset)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
