Client Services Lead, Healthcare

📋 Description

• Identify, engage, and onboard healthcare and life sciences clients and partners
• Test and iterate on service models tailored to healthcare-sector needs (clinical accuracy
• Create early playbooks for how Mercor serves healthcare clients
• Lead client conversations end-to-end, from scoping through renewal and expansion
• Qualify client needs, define mutual value, and drive engagements to close
• Structure commercial terms suited to healthcare organizations' procurement and compliance norms

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Client Service, Account Management, or Commercial roles, serving healthcare or life
• Proven experience negotiating and closing contracts
• Track record managing high-stakes external stakeholders, including clinical and compliance functions
• Direct experience working with data products
• Builder mentality: excited by ambiguity and 0→1 problems
• Scrappy, resourceful, comfortable with unglamorous work early on
