Client Services Manager

📋 Description

• Provide superior customer service and quality home care
• Coordinate client services and handle scheduling issues
• Manage caseload while proactively growing it
• Build relationships with clients, referral sources, payors and community orgs
• Develop strong, communicative relationships with the team
• Monitor caseload metrics for fiscal management

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor degree is required
• Prior medical office or home care experience preferred
• Prior supervisory experience a plus
• Demonstrated record of increased responsibility
• Aspiring to grow beyond current position
• Strong computer skills (EMR) and excellent communication

• Base Salary: $44,000 depending on qualifications
