Client Services Manager

📋 Description

• Provide superior customer service for home care clients
• Coordinate client services and scheduling issues
• Manage caseload and proactively grow it
• Build relationships with clients, payors, and community
• Collaborate with Clinical Managers to supervise field staff

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor degree is preferred
• Prior medical office or home care experience preferred
• Scheduling experience a plus
• Strong track record with increasing responsibility
• Aim to grow beyond current role
• Strong computer skills, EMR experience
