Client Services Representative

📋 Description

• Provide phone and email support for all Client Service requests and ensure best service to our
• Log all Service Requests on Eurofins Biomnis’ CRM software system, ensure the action required is
• Liaise with colleagues in other departments and referral laboratories to ensure a full service is
• Actively liaise between the Laboratory and the client, to notify them of any critical patient
• Escalate issues as required to the Client Services Manager and keep Client Services Manager updated
• Recognise and alert the Client Services Manager of any unusual trends in client calls.

🎯 Requirements

• Leaving Certificate (or equivalent).
• A recognised computer/secretarial qualification an advantage.
• Ideally 2 years’ experience in a client service and/or secretarial role within another health care
• A knowledge of healthcare/ science an advantage.
• Excellent English language and typing skills.
• Excellent phone manner and warm, approachable inter-personal and communication skills.
