Client Services Representative, Spanish

📋 Description

• Resolve client inquiries via phone, chat, and email in English and Spanish.
• Assist with account setup, technical support, troubleshooting, and treasury inquiries.
• Educate customers to maximize NinjaTrader product usage.
• Become a power user of Gmail, Confluence, Jira, and other productivity tools.
• Manage customer data in Salesforce accurately.
• Collaborate with Trade Desk, Tech Support, and Compliance; relay requests.
