📋 Description

• Discover treasury problems for private market participants and service providers.
• Solve problems through technology, analytics, product, and operations.
• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap; align cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Data, Sales, Risk, Operations and Dealing.
• Identify high-impact opportunities in FX, derivatives, interest income, and regional growth.
• Collaborate with internal and client teams to define requirements, epics, and user stories.

🎯 Requirements

• Domain understanding of treasury and fintech
• Experience with treasury products: FX derivatives, interest rate derivatives, and cash management
• Knowledge of financial markets tech stacks (treasury mgmt, asset mgmt, banks/fintechs)
• Familiar with Fintech Treasury Management Systems
• Experience with cash management products: money market funds, deposit optimisation, cash pooling
• Product management excellence; hands-on leader, roadmaps, cross-functional collaboration
