Client Solution & Strategy Specialist (Institutional)

📋 Description

• Discover treasury problems for private market participants (funds, LPs, service providers).
• Solve problems through technology, analytics, product, and operations.
• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap with cross-functional teams.
• Operate within cross-functional teams including Engineering, Data, Sales, Risk and Operations.
• Identify opportunities in FX, derivatives, interest income, and regional growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to define requirements, epics and user stories.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with Treasury products such as FX derivatives, interest rate derivatives, and cash management.
• Knowledge of financial markets technology stacks (treasury management, asset management, banks or fintechs).
• Familiar with Fintech Treasury Management Systems.
• Experience with cash management products (money market funds, deposit optimization, and cash pooling).
• Strong understanding of treasury management principles and treasury management solutions.
• Multiple years of product-building experience in leadership roles.
