Client Solutions Analyst - Remote

📋 Description

• Guide clients through the onboarding process, ensuring they have the knowledge and resources needed
• Develop expertise in our product offerings
• Use technical knowledge to support implementation and provide ongoing technical assistance
• Be an important client contact through calls, presentations, and high-touch email communication
• Troubleshoot production, data, and processing issues independently while collaborating across teams
• Prioritize and respond to technical support tickets through our ticketing system, ensuring

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, advanced degree, or relevant technical certification(s)
• 5+ years of experience in client support
• Located in Eastern Time zone (EST/ET) and available during international business hours
• Experience working with enterprise-level clients or partners
• Experience leading client presentations
• Preferred: Experience working with API integrations and REST web services
