Client Solutions Associate (Sales and Business Development)

📋 Description

• Support client outreach, internal coordination, and market research
• Track leads and organize data in Excel
• Prepare outreach materials and presentations in PowerPoint
• Research key regulatory drivers and trends
• Support internal meetings across functions and collaborate across departments including land
• Develop understanding of RES services, restoration business model, and deal structure

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) in environmental science, business, communications, marketing, or related
• 1+ year of experience in sales, client services, consulting, environmental industry, or business
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with sales processes (RFPs, proposals, contracts) or CRM systems (Zoho preferred)
• Comfort with basic financial terms (e.g., EBITDA, margin, contract value) and desire to grow
• Experience in a project-based industry such as environmental services, construction, energy, or
