Client Solutions Director (APAC)

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end APAC client implementation and onboarding.
• Manage relationships for APAC clients, including GPs and LPs.
• Drive account health and expansion with global AM leadership.
• Surface product feedback and APAC requirements.
• Build APAC-specific implementation and support playbooks.
• Represent Chronograph in-region at meetings and events; support sales.

🎯 Requirements

• 8-12+ years in client solutions, implementation, or account management in private markets or SaaS.
• Ability to operate independently and build structure where no local team exists.
• Established APAC network with GPs, LPs, sovereign funds, or allocators.
• Deep familiarity with PE/VC or private credit fund operations and reporting.
• Strong technical aptitude; experience with data platforms or fintech.
• Proven full client lifecycle experience: implementation to expansion.
