Client Solutions Manager, Paid Social

📋 Description

• Manage client relationships across Meta, TikTok, Snap, X, and Reddit; own campaigns.
• Understand client objectives and advise media/creative recommendations.
• Monitor campaign performance; surface insights; deliver reports.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Product, Design, and Operations teams.
• Help clients/agencies adopt platform best practices and new features.
• Maintain operational accuracy across campaign setup, QA, and reporting.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of digital advertising; hands-on paid social management.
• Familiar with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, or Snap Ads Manager.
• Comfortable reading performance reports; identify key insights.
• Organized and detail-oriented; can manage multiple tasks.
• Strong written and verbal communication; client-first mindset.
• Proactive, self-motivated; owns work and flags issues early.
• Experience in iGaming, sports, or digital agency environments.
• Familiarity with 3rd party creative/media buying platforms (Smartly, Hunch) helpful.
