Client Solutions Manager - TikTok

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact for advertisers and agencies, building strong and trusted
• Develop strategic TikTok advertising recommendations aligned with client objectives and marketing
• Support the sales team throughout the pre-sales and post-sales process, including media planning
• Lead campaign onboarding and ensure successful implementation of TikTok advertising solutions.
• Deliver regular performance reviews, campaign insights, and actionable recommendations to clients.
• Educate advertisers and agencies on TikTok products, best practices, industry trends, and emerging

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in digital advertising, media, agency, platform, or client servicing roles.
• Strong understanding of digital media, social media advertising, and performance marketing
• Experience managing relationships with advertisers, agencies, or key business stakeholders.
• Strong presentation, communication, and consultative selling skills.
• Ability to analyze campaign performance and translate insights into business recommendations.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
