📋 Description

  • Be the go-to expert for Passport, handling config, troubleshooting, and updates.
  • Own client tickets from triage to resolution, meeting SLA targets.
  • Build and maintain product configurations across Passport platforms.
  • Create store features: upsells, addons, portals, seasons, memberships, and pricing.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to solve client issues and build relationships.
  • Travel up to 10% within Europe as needed.

🎯 Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience in technical support, implementation, or config.
  • Comfortable working in complex back-office platforms.
  • Competent with SQL; write and run queries to investigate data.
  • Strong written communication; explain tech issues clearly.
  • Able to work independently and in distributed teams.
  • Flexibility for extended hours and on-call rota.
