• Role to ensure retention and growth of institutional clients across APAC.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in fintech or financial services.
• 5+ years total experience in account management, sales, consulting, and business operations.
• Data-driven with ability to identify client health patterns and surface opportunities.
• Advanced fluency with AI tools used to support day-to-day tasks.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Ability to independently manage a book of clients with ownership of outcomes.
