  • Lead the Amazon client success partnership and drive retention/expansion.
  • Build trusted relationships with AI/data leaders across Alexa, AWS AI, AGI.
  • Lead executive reviews and strategic planning aligning TELUS capabilities to Amazon's AI roadmap.
  • Map the Amazon organization to identify white space and expansion opportunities.
  • Advocate internally to shape delivery priorities and research investments.
  • Develop deep expertise across TELUS Data for Generative AI and related data workflows.

🎯 Requirements

  • 7+ years enterprise account management or strategic sales; Amazon experience preferred.
  • 2+ years Data Collection, Annotation, and/or Validation services.
  • Deep familiarity with data workflows and quality frameworks across modalities.
  • Comfort discussing generative AI and responsible AI with technical and business audiences.
  • Proven track record growing complex, multi-stakeholder accounts with long sales cycles.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and enterprise account management methodologies.
