📋 Description

• Support the Strategic Account Management Team in progressing qualified opportunities by preparing
• Manage client documentation and governance requirements by maintaining accurate records of
• Coordinate system upgrades and enhancements for existing clients by working with internal teams to
• Maintain accurate commercial and performance information by updating Salesforce records, protecting
• Strengthen sales operations and account support by developing sales enablement guides, templates

🎯 Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor of Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance, Marketing or
• 1 or more years of experience in client success, sales support, account support, or a similar
• Familiarity with banking and finance industry or fintech industry will be an advantage.
• Experience balancing a book of business and follow up with internal teams.
• Experience documenting customer pain points, workflows, and requests with accuracy in documentation
