Client Success Manager

📋 Description

• Manage day-to-day relationships for assigned clients.
• Collaborate with Sr. CSMs and Clinical Ops to retain partnerships.
• Drive client retention and identify expansion opportunities.
• Conduct regular meetings and business reviews with clients.
• Advocate for the client and resolve issues quickly.
• Coordinate with Strategic Account Executives to drive growth.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4 years in digital health account management or customer success.
• Exceptional communication skills; comfortable presenting to large groups.
• Customer-centric approach with empathy for client goals.
• Experience presenting to high-level stakeholders.
• Healthcare industry experience preferred.
