Client Success Manager

📋 Description

• Own two core functions: managed service campaign management and programmatic PMP deal execution
• Primary post-sale contact for advertiser relationships, driving retention and growth
• Strategic consulting and deep product fluency across Nexxen's SSP, DMP, and deal infrastructure
• Collaborate with Strategic Sales, Ad Operations, and Supply teams to set up campaigns and deals for
• Upsell and cross-sell through data-driven reporting and measurable results

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in a client-facing account management or operations role within a DSP, SSP, media agency
• Proven track record managing programmatic campaigns across CTV, online video, and/or display
• Experience with PMP deal management, SSP platforms, and programmatic troubleshooting
• Strong analytical mindset to translate data into actionable narratives
• Excellent communication skills for explaining technical concepts to clients and internal teams
• Highly organized with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
