Client Success Manager

📋 Description

• Work closely with the iQueue for Operating Rooms Implementation, Product and Data Engineering teams
• Problem solve client issues by using technical knowledge to analyze raw data from the clients'
• Utilize Data Analytics and Visualization tools (SQL, Tableau, and Excel) for software usage to
• Master healthcare software industry and iQueue for OR product suite to train cross-functional
• Serve as subject-matter expert and handle sensitive discussions to implement change management and
• Create internal and external facing communications, product resources, and reports about client

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business Administration, Business Analytics or related
• Six (6) months of marketing experience
• Experience in Google Analytics and CX
• Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable
