Client Success Manager, Healthcare Revenue Cycle

📋 Description

• Develop comprehensive strategies to improve client retention, engagement, and expansion
• Use customer data to identify trends, pain points and opportunities for optimization
• Build relationships with client partners and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities
• Implement process improvements within client success function
• Track client success metrics and report on progress
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, product development to ensure seamless customer experience

🎯 Requirements

• Up to 25% travel required
• Bachelor's degree beneficial
• 10+ years experience in revenue cycle with emphasis on Patient Access within the healthcare industry
• 7+ years experience with HIS systems
• Provider-based background recommended
• Healthcare Project Management or Consulting experience
