• Lead the client relationship and ensure customers receive high-quality project delivery, responsive
• Coordinate, track, and report on all aspects of customer projects, particularly those involving
• Organize and facilitate the work of cross-functional project teams, collaborating with data
• Maintain clear communication across internal teams and customer stakeholders through regular
• Own customer operations project management processes, tools, documentation, reference materials
• Monitor project performance throughout the full lifecycle, identifying risks, tracking progress

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in client success, account management, or a related customer-facing role.
• Project management experience is preferred, including the ability to coordinate cross-functional
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical work experience.
• Knowledge of the healthcare industry, including payment models, risk adjustment, medical coding
• Familiarity with healthcare data systems, formats, and processes, with the ability to communicate
• Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with SQL queries is preferred.
