  • Strategize and build relationships with clients while optimizing their success using Doximity Talent Finder
  • Develop trusted partnerships, ensuring clients are trained, engaged, and aligned to recruitment objectives
  • Monitor product adoption trends, identify at-risk clients, and coordinate with internal teams
  • Create and present executive business reviews quarterly with performance insights
  • Partner with Sales to upsell and renewal opportunities
  • Manage timelines for all assigned clients and provide updates to leadership

🎯 Requirements

  • 1–3 years in healthcare recruiting or client success
  • Track record delivering results and meeting retention or sales targets
  • Independent worker with accountability for a portfolio of accounts
  • Comfortable presenting to large remote and in-person audiences, including executives
  • Highly organized with ability to manage multiple clients and regions
  • Experience using Doximity Talent Finder is a plus
