Client Success Manager (US Staffing & Offshore Teams)

📋 Description

• Manage the client journey from discovery to integration.
• Serve as main contact for clients, addressing concerns.
• Set success metrics, monitor performance, and reports.
• Lead meetings, facilitate processes, and coordinate with teams.
• Build long-term client relationships with clear communication.
• This role is 100% work from home.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 4 years as Account Manager or similar.
• Experience working with US-based companies is a must.
• Experience in offshore staffing is a strong plus.
• Experience in the construction industry is preferred.
• Proficiency in ClickUp or similar project management tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
