Client Success Partner

📋 Description

• Own a portfolio of strategic accounts, monitor engagement and health at scale.
• Execute adoption campaigns and proactive touchpoints to reduce churn.
• Identify at-risk accounts and implement mitigation strategies using standardized processes.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities using scalable programs.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure consistent account management; escalate issues when needed.
• Track engagement, adoption, and retention metrics; optimize automation for high-volume portfolios.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–5 years in customer success or related roles.
• Fintech or SaaS experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing or related field; or equivalent.
• Strong consultative and communication skills; ability to operate in low-touch environments.
• Proven ability to manage large portfolios efficiently.
• Experience with adoption campaigns, automation, and standardized processes.
