Client Success Specialist

📋 Description

• Serve as the day-to-day contact for a set of hospitality and wellness locations (hotels, spas
• Drive session volume and utilization at partner locations through staff enablement, programming
• Track partner health signals — CSAT, utilization trends, downtime — and flag emerging risk early so
• Coordinate with Operations and Field teams on hardware uptime and issue resolution, keeping
• Capture and summarize structured partner feedback for Product and Marketing
• Build trusted working relationships with the on-property contacts who drive daily adoption —

🎯 Requirements

• 2–3 years of client success, account coordination, account management, or hospitality/wellness
• Experience supporting a book of accounts or a portfolio of locations against retention
• Experience in or around hospitality or wellness brands is highly valued
• Strong communicator who builds trust quickly with day-to-day operational contacts and on-property
• Highly organized, able to juggle multiple accounts and competing priorities without dropping the
• Collaborative by nature — effective at working across Sales, Ops, Product, and Marketing
