📋 Description

  • Support daily payment and customer activities to ensure service excellence.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on daily tasks.
  • Deliver operational tasks and participate in multiple projects.
  • Shifts 6am-7pm Mon-Fri on rotation; some out-of-hours may occur.
  • Act as main contact for assigned key clients and stakeholders.
  • Identify process improvements and drive better workflows.

🎯 Requirements

  • Experience with UK Payments, FX and cross-border payments.
  • Working knowledge of Bacs, CHAPS and Faster Payments schemes.
  • Understanding of UK/EU clearing and settlement processes.
  • Nostro reconciliation knowledge desirable.
  • Client-facing or operational support experience in financial services.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
