Client Support Analyst

📋 Description

• Oversee end-to-end client case management across systems
• Support year-end tax form processing for US/Canada forms
• Primary client contact; lead calls and provide updates
• Use Salesforce, Smartsheet, Excel, and internal tools
• Troubleshoot production/data issues for accurate year-end delivery
• Support peak season demands Oct–Feb with extended hours

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Client Services
• Advanced Customer Success metrics
• Experience with enterprise clients in regulated industries
• Payroll experience with US/Canada forms (W2, 1099, PR, T4 RL1)
• Tax year-end processing, data-heavy client services, billing & contract review
• Experience leading client trainings/presentations
