Client Support Manager

📋 Description

• Serve as subject matter expert on the account to defend revenue.
• Review key reports and metrics; analyze data for issues or opportunities.
• Participate in annual budgeting and monthly variance reviews.
• Conduct effective routine conversations and presentations for clients.
• Engage in Implementation: kickoff builds, Journey Map, go-live.
• Ensure first-order health for new clients/programs.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years in industry or client relationships preferred.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
