Manage inbound and outbound client communications via phone and/or email in a timely
Sign in, verify, and organize samples against Chain of Custody documentation to ensure accuracy and
Assist walk-in clients with sample submission, provide information on services and project
Update client and project data records in the Tracker LIMS system.
Collaborate with laboratory/operations personnel to resolve client inquiries.
Process credit card transactions using Stripe.

🎯 Requirements

High School Diploma
Customer Service 2+ years preferred
Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
Professional working proficiency in English is a requirement, including the ability to read, write
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Active listening
