🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years in customer success or strategy consulting; MBA preferred
• Proven record of large-scale transformations with measurable results
• Experience with AI-based transformation; familiarity with SaaS
• Strong change management; navigate global orgs with data-driven persuasion
• Engage senior executives; pitch and sell opportunities with SMEs
• Deep SaaS/platform knowledge; cross-functional leadership and program mgmt
