• Lead executive relationships with strategic customers.

• Mentor customers on org design and Centers of Excellence.
• Coach team members with guidance and performance feedback.
• Drive end-to-end value journey and adoption across accounts.
• Define program roadmaps and value plans with senior stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 15 years in customer success or strategy consulting.
• Experience leading large-scale transformation programs.
• AI-based transformation experience is a strong plus.
• Strong change management expertise.
• Navigate large global orgs with data-driven persuasion.
• Native-level German language skills (written and spoken).
