Client Value Partner- AI-Driven Transformation & Process Intelligence (Logistics/Transportation)

📋 Description

• Lead programs and engagements with Celonis experts to ensure success
• Build relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders
• Staff engagements with global cross-functional teams (Servicing, Product & Engineering)
• Mentor customers on org design and Centers of Excellence adoption
• Drive end-to-end value journey and align Celonis delivery to strategy
• Manage escalations and ensure timely delivery and satisfaction

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 12 years in customer success, strategy consulting, or related fields
• Experience leading large-scale transformation programs and process re-engineering
• Experience with logistics clients and processes is crucial
• Experience with AI-based transformation is a strong plus
• Strong communication and ability to engage with senior executives
• Native-level or near-native German language skills for German customers
