• Develop relationships with C-level stakeholders and embed Celonis into strategic objectives.
• Staff engagements with global cross-functional Celonis teams (Servicing, Product & Engineering).
• Mentor customers on org design and Centers of Excellence to boost adoption.
• Mentor and coach team members; provide guidance and feedback on performance.
• Own end-to-end customer value journey.
• Influence executive stakeholders with product knowledge and industry expertise.

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years in customer success, strategy consulting, or related fields.
• Experience in large-scale transformation and process re-engineering.
• AI-based transformation experience is a plus.
• Deep change-management expertise.
• Navigate large global organizations and persuade with data.
• Consultative approach with senior executives.
• Strong project management; multi-stream coordination.
• Strong communication translating Celonis use cases into business outcomes.
