📋 Description

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level internal /
• Ensure engagements are properly staffed leveraging resources from global cross-functional Celonis
• Mentor customer on organization design and maturation of Centers of Excellence
• Mentor and coach team members
• Responsible for the end-to-end customer value journey
• Influence key customer stakeholders through executive communication, product knowledge, and

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of relevant strategy consulting
• Strong experience in driving large scale transformation programs, process re-engineering
• Experience with AI-based transformation is a strong plus
• Deep exposure to and experience with successful change management practices
• Ability to navigate large global organizations and have the power of persuasion through data, facts
• Know how to successfully work with internal resources to design, pitch and sell opportunities
