📋 Description

• Lead and grow CannonDesign's climate + resilience services across the firm.
• Integrate climate + resilience strategies into building design processes.
• Oversee master planning for sustainability, resilience, decarbonization.
• Guide clients in sustainability, resilience and decarbonization programs at multiple scales.
• Represent the firm at external events and conferences.
• Lead research and development of climate + resilience approaches and trends.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's in Architecture, Environmental, Civil, or Mechanical Eng; Masters preferred.
• 12+ years leading climate and resilience analysis at building/campus/regional scales.
• Deep expertise in climate risk assessment and resilient design.
• Familiarity with building standards: LEED, LBC, WELL, BREAM, Fitwell, Green Globes.
• Credentials such as LEED, LBC, CPHC, WELL, or SITES AP required.
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
