📋 Description

• Manage own caseload and deliver high-quality ABA services.
• Conduct ABA assessments and implement behavior programs.
• Provide leadership, clinical supervision to BCBAs and RBTs.
• Develop and refine clinical programming with senior leaders.
• Facilitate parent training and family support.
• Oversee clinic operations and onboarding of new clients.

🎯 Requirements

• BCBA credential with at least 3 years of BCBA experience.
• Experience supervising other BCBAs strongly preferred.
• Strong clinical skills with diverse, challenging cases.
• Proven inspirational team leadership and mentoring.
• Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.
• Physically able to work on the floor with children; lift up to 50 lbs.
