• Manage clinic operations and supervise BCBAs and RBTs.

🎯 Requirements

• BCBA credential with 3+ years of experience; supervision of BCBAs preferred.
• Strong clinician with diverse ABA expertise and ability with challenging cases.
• Proven inspirational leader with ability to build high-performing teams.
• Skilled in training, development, and mentorship of clinicians.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; interpersonal skills.
• Physically able to work on the floor with children and pass background check; reliable transportation.
