🎯 Requirements

• Graduate of accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent)
• Licensed Physical Therapist
• Experience leading clinicians and teams
• Strong clinical skills with direct patient care
• Proven ability to mentor staff and develop others
• Path to multi-site leadership or ownership
