🎯 Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent).
• Licensed Physical Therapist (or eligible).
• Experience developing clinicians and leading a PT team.
• Strong clinical skills to improve patient outcomes.
• Leadership experience preferred; ability to mentor others.
• Path to multi-site leadership or ownership opportunities.
