Clinic Director - Physical Therapist

📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and support your PTs and clinical staff.
• Oversee clinic operations: patient experience, clinical outcomes, scheduling.
• Build relationships with local referral sources and community partners.
• Deliver direct patient care with evidence-based treatment plans when needed.
• Drive onboarding, mentorship, and ongoing development for the team.
• Create a culture of high performance with opportunities toward multi-site leadership or ownership.

🎯 Requirements

• DPT or equivalent from an accredited PT program.
• Active Texas PT license or eligible.
• Leadership experience preferred; passion for developing others.
