• Provides direct patient care in clinic and via telemedicine.
• Collaborates to integrate medical services into Biograph San Mateo's program.
• Maintains accurate EMR records and compliant documentation.
• Generates personalized insights from multi-disciplinary data with the Medical Director.
• Supports treatment adherence by building strong patient relationships.
• Fosters innovation and continuous improvement.

🎯 Requirements

• Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• 6-8 years physician experience outside residency
• Current unrestricted CA medical license
• Passion and expertise in aging and longevity
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, highly flexible start-up environment
• Ability to provide high-touch, concierge level care to a sophisticated member base
