Provide direct, longitudinal care to members in clinic and via telemedicine
Synthesize multi-disciplinary data into a personalized plan
Interpret findings with nutritionists, exercise physiologists, radiologists and specialists
Communicate risk and results clearly to members
Build long-term relationships to support adherence
Partner with Medical Director to implement and improve the Biograph Method

🎯 Requirements

Board certified with primary care background preferred
5+ years of practice beyond residency
Current unrestricted NY medical license (or eligible)
Excellent communication around risk and uncertainty
Comfort in fast-paced startup environment
Fluency with EHR, HIPAA, and modern software tools
