Clinical Account Manager - Southeast Pennsylvania

📋 Description

• Based in-region; no remote applicants; travel about 60% (3 days/week).
• Launch Ceribell at new hospitals and grow install base in acute/critical care centers.
• Educate physicians and clinical staff using clinical information to drive growth.
• Drive new product introductions for existing customers and build advocacy.
• Lead clinical training and education activities; train physicians and hospital staff.
• Develop a qualified lead funnel within existing install base; regular physician training and updates.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years critical care sales, or 5 years medical device/pharma sales; RN with industry experience accepted.
• Excellent communicator; relationship builder; creative problem solver; highly organized.
• Ability to assess stakeholder needs and align cross-functional agendas; adjust strategy.
• Confident to challenge status quo and influence change through consensus building.
• Driven and coachable; willing to seek coaching, accept feedback, and apply new skills for measurable change.
• Grit and integrity; startup experience or neuro ICU/ disruptive medtech sales preferred.
