📋 Description

• Demonstrate personable, professional communication to build client and referral source rapport.
• Present programming information clearly to help clients access care.
• Complete virtual biopsychosocial assessments for children to adults.
• Determine suitability for virtual IOP and assign appropriate level of care.
• Document client information in EMR per regulatory standards; coordinate with staff on admissions.
• Coordinate admissions with staff, benefits verification, utilization review, and clinical teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with a wide age range (children to adults).
• Experience completing behavioral health assessments and admissions preferred.
• Independent licensure in a mental health field required.
• An independent license is preferred; associates welcome to grow toward licensure.
• US work authorization and native or bilingual English proficiency.
