Assess suitability for virtual intensive outpatient program (IOP)
Collaborate with Admissions, Verification of Benefits, Utilization Review, and clinical teams
Coordinate with referral sources to facilitate intake

🎯 Requirements

Able to work on-site in Bakersfield, CA, Monday-Friday 9 AM - 5 PM
Experience with a wide age range (children to adults) preferred
Experience completing behavioral health assessments and admissions preferred
Independent licensure in a mental health field required
License preferred; associate-level clinicians welcome to grow toward licensure

🎁 Benefits

Comprehensive benefits for full-time employees
Base pay between $65,000 and $77,500 per year
Role may include incentive compensation and other benefits
