Demonstrate strong communication to build rapport with clients and referral sources
Present program information clearly to help clients access care
Complete virtual biopsychosocial assessments for all ages
Determine fit for virtual intensive outpatient program (IOP) level of care
Construct provisional mental health diagnoses using DSM-V criteria
Document client information in EMR per regulatory standards

🎯 Requirements

Work authorized in the United States and native or bilingual English proficiency
Experience working with diverse ages (children to adults)
Experience completing behavioral health assessments and admissions
Independent licensure in a mental health field required
Associate-level clinicians considered for growth toward full licensure
