Clinical Ancillary Services – Technical Project Lead

📋 Description

• Lead planning, coordination, and execution of migration and infra transformation activities.
• Manage migration readiness: assessments, dependency analysis, inventory reviews, rationalization.
• Facilitate discovery workshops with owners, technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain key docs: migration plans, dependency maps, readiness, testing
• Coordinate testing, cutover, transition-to-operations, and post-migration stabilization.
• Identify and mitigate technical and operational risks across migration programs.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years leading complex technical projects in large enterprises.
• Experience in infrastructure migration, data centre migration, app transformation, or cloud
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, hosting, integrations, dependencies, and support
• Experience managing portfolios through major tech changes: migration planning, dependency mgmt
• Experience developing migration strategies, implementation plans, risk assessments, maps, and
• Knowledge of hybrid cloud environments and Azure is highly valued.
