Clinical Ancillary Services – Technical Project Lead

📋 Description

• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of application migration and infrastructure
• Manage migration readiness activities, including application assessments, dependency analysis
• Facilitate discovery workshops and collaborate with application owners, technical teams, vendors
• Develop and maintain key project documentation, including migration plans, dependency maps
• Coordinate testing activities, cutover planning, transition-to-operations activities, and
• Identify, evaluate, and mitigate technical and operational risks throughout migration programs.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience leading or supporting complex technical projects in large enterprise
• Proven experience managing infrastructure migration, data centre migration, application
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, hosting environments, integrations, infrastructure
• Demonstrated experience managing application portfolios through major technology changes, including
• Experience developing migration strategies, implementation plans, risk assessments, dependency
• Strong knowledge of hybrid cloud environments, enterprise cloud migration strategies, and Microsoft
